For my first performance of the weekend, it was great travelling to Old Gore Barn as a wedding pianist for Emily & Dean’s. The happy couple kindly invited me to play for the arrival of the guests, ceremony and afternoon wedding breakfast, so I arrived early to set up my baby grand piano. After providing the music for the ceremony, I loved playing a varied mix of music whilst the newly-weds dined in style with their family and friends. The “Long Barn” certainly lives up to its name, so my remote speaker setup came in really handy to ensure great sound coverage throughout the space. Many congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Homewood and thanks very much to everyone for all your kind words of appreciation – it was my pleasure to be a pianist for weddings for your big day!
